How and when do I pay?
After the ride. We take card, Zelle, Venmo or cash — whatever suits you. No deposit is required to hold a reservation, and nothing is charged if you cancel in time.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight from the number you give us and adjust the pickup automatically. There's no waiting fee for airline delays. For domestic arrivals we allow 60 minutes of free wait time after landing, and 90 for international.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free of charge up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Inside 24 hours we ask for half the fare, since the time is held for you and turned away from others.
Is the price really flat?
Yes. The quote includes tolls, airport fees, parking, fuel and bottled water. It doesn't change with traffic or demand. The only things that ever get added are extras you ask for on the day, like an unplanned second stop, and we tell you the cost before we make it.
Are you licensed and insured?
We operate under a CPUC TCP permit as a charter-party carrier, carry a full commercial insurance policy, and hold the airport permits required to pick up at LAX and SNA. Certificates are available on request — many corporate clients ask, and we're glad to send them.
Why does an airport pickup cost more than a drop-off?
Because the two trips aren't the same job. Taking you to LAX is one drive with no waiting. Collecting you from LAX means driving out empty, parking, watching your flight, and waiting at baggage claim — often two hours of work before you're in the car. The drop-off price reflects that, and so does the pickup price.
Do you provide child seats?
We don't carry child seats. California law requires them for children under 8, so please bring your own — we'll help install it and there's no charge for the extra few minutes.
Do you take last-minute bookings?
Often, yes. Call rather than use the form if your ride is within 12 hours — the phone is faster than the inbox.
Can you handle a group larger than seven?
The Yukon XL seats seven. With all seven seats in use the third row takes the luggage space, so for a full party plus airport bags we recommend splitting across two vehicles. For larger parties we run a second vehicle with a chauffeur we've worked alongside for years, quoted the same way.
